Why can't I view the videos on the site?

The videos on the site are encoded using Apple's QuickTime format. This allows us to deliver a high quality video experience on both the desktop computer and the iPhone. You must have the QuickTime software installed in order to play the videos. If you have iTunes installed, chances are you already have QuickTime installed. If you do not have QuickTime installed, or if you are unsure (it won't hurt to install it again), download the latest version here.

 

Why do some graphics show up out of place, or why does the website not load properly on my computer?

The iHERCULES site is composed of many different pages, graphics, and technologies. The problem with the Internet is that the technology behind it is always changing, new ways of doing things (such as displaying text or graphics) are always being discovered, and unfortunately some browsers are unable to keep up with the changes.

Chances are, if you are experiencing problems with the iHERCULES site, you're probably running an outdated web browser. (Such as Internet Explorer 6, which is known to have problems displaying certain formats of graphics which we moved away from in iHERCULES version 2 to maintain the best browser compatibility).

You're going to want to download the latest version of your web browser. Trust us, it's a good idea to keep your browser up to date even if you're not experiencing problems with the site.

We recommend Apple's Safari browser, which is available for Mac and Windows, but if you're dead set on your current browser of choice, download the latest version by following the links below:

Please note that we do NOT support the browser built into the AOL desktop software. If you are using AOL, please use an alternate browser to connect to the iHERCULES site.


How do I cancel my subscription to iHERCULES?

If you decide you no longer want to be a member of the legion, or if the workouts are just too tough for you, you need to cancel your subscription through PayPal.

Sign in to the PayPal account you used to sign up for the site. At the bottom of the screen, under the list of Recent Activity, you will see an item labeled "Subscription Creation to iHERCULES, Inc."

(If it's been a while since you signed up for iHERCULES, you may need to select the option to view "All account history" from the "Account history" section above.)

Click the "Details" link. At the bottom of the page, click the "Cancel Subscription" button.

You'll be asked if you are certain you want to cancel your subscription. If you're positive that iHERCULES is just too tough for you, click "Cancel Subscription" again. If you're a true warrior and you have what it takes, click "Do Not Cancel." It's that simple.
