Standard membership is $5.00 per month, paid annually, or $60.00 per year.

Active military personnell are given a discounted rate of $2.00 per month, paid annually, or $24.00 per year.

We won't keep the dues from our service men and women. iHERCULES will donate 100% of all active military dues to the Wounded Warrior Project.

All subscriptions are handled through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be asked to create one during the signup process.

What you get

With an iHERCULES membership, you get complete access to this site, including the daily workouts, which Emil has carefully designed and personally assigned to each day. You will be able to access the workouts through this website and a customized version of the site on your iPhone.

All exercises can be completed in any gym or garage, using standard workout equipment.

What you need

Before starting on any physical training program, you should consult your physician. I know that we've all heard it, but don't say we didn't tell you about this up front. Heed the advice and get checked out first.

You need to train smart. This means using weight belts, wraps, straps, gloves, etc. to reduce your risk of injury. You can get these at most sporting goods stores, online, or through some of our vendor partners. It also means eating right, sleeping 7-8 hours each day, etc.

You will need a timer. The entire program is based on timed rest periods, timed reps, etc. Get a timer that is easy to set, beeps loudly, and counts down the time. We recommend the Robic M-602 timer, which you can buy at most sporting goods stores or through our online store.

iHERCULES training is delivered via the web, and using the iPhone, making a revolutionary leap forward in training delivery. You can choose to use daily printouts from the website, or use the iPhone which will sync directly to iHERCULES. With the iPhone, there will be no more need for printouts and binders, or trying to remember how to do an exercise from a video you watched last night. All the information you need is now in the palm of your hand, delivered when and where you need it.
